  Useless!! When my policy automatically renewed "apparently" they sent out a renewal and I had to call to say if I wasn't happy with it, I never got the renewal so never rang to say I wasn't happy, They changed my excess from $100 to $500 and I have just gone to make a claim as I had my phone stolen and they want me to pay a $500 excess and still have to pay out my contract and they will get me a new phone.... What a joke! seriously what is the point in having the cover in the first place. I believe that they should either send it as an email and have a read notification automatically sent back to prove I got it and it also proves they sent it or we should have to ring to say we are happy with it which then proves that I got it.. i wasn't happy with the change in my policy. I have now changed companies and will never recommend you to anyone. I also have friends who I initially recommended them to you who will also be pulling themselves from your insurance.
